To create a whitelist, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Engage > Whitelist > Create Whitelist

2. Enter a name and an end date for the whitelist

3. Add a file for the banner, title, description, and button label

4. Set requirements (MetaMask, Discord, Twitter) and optional settings

5. Add access code and private link for additional security
